[upload-janitor] Thumbs are not recognized

The idea is quite nice. Unfortunately, when you use a theme like Arras and use its ability to attach thumbs to posts, you have a load of images in your library that are “unattached” (because the actual image is not in the post). The upload-janitor doesn’t recognize that.
