Upload media permission issue

  • Hi, I did check and double check folder permission but still got the permission error when trying to add/upload media, any cloud? Thanks.

  • I have a similar problem. Did you have yours solved?

    Before I am having same problem.
    so what I did was create a new folder (lets call it media) in my home directory
    and set the permission to 777.

    example.com/media

    then change my settings in the miscellaneous for
    the Store uploads in this folder

    and place media instead of the default
