Upload new media is stalling

  • Hello, please can you help? I’m a newbie to WordPress.

    I have all but finished my site, and just need to add more images onto my gallery page. I have uploaded some, but now I cannot load up any others.

    Neither the multi-file uploader or the browser’s built-in file uploader work.

    I’ve downloaded the Word press ap onto my ipad, but the ‘Upload New Media’ gets stuck and the image will not upload from here either.

    I’m working on a MAC primarily, just tried the ipad ap as it was suggested in one of the forums.
    I’ve also tried
    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem.
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
