Upload New Media not working

Hi there,

Just run into this problem for the first time on a new site I am creating.

I manually installed WordPress 3.9.2 yesterday with no problems.

Today I tried to upload new media. I get to the upload page where it says:

You are using the multi-file uploader. Problems? Try the browser uploader instead.
Maximum upload file size: 4MB.

and then I click the ‘Select files’ button and nothing happens.

I have create a child theme on top of Woo Canvas and have the latest versions of Pootlepress Page Customiser and WP Bakery installed.

I have the same set up for all my site with no problems. Is this a version 3.9.2 issue or am I missing something?

Any help would really be appreciated ??
