Upload over 5MB fails

After the most recent update of the plugin, files over 5MB fail to upload. I suspect it’s due to some multi-part upload logic that has changed since last version.

The result from Amazon S3 is a 403 and a file size clipped at 5MB.

Please advise a work around or fix.
