Upload path doesn’t show and cannot delete files.

Hi,
I am using latest version of wordpress and having problem with your plugin. If there is a file under any folder, that folder path doesn’t show on upload dropdown list. And when I upload a file I cannot delete it, site gives me an error popup. Any idea?Thank you.
