Upload problem

I cannot reproduce the problem: if I select “Add all logged in users to the whitelist.”, log in as an “editor” user and try to upload a file, it works.
Maybe there’s a PHP session issue and your user is not whitelisted. You can follow those steps to debug session issues:

Can you ask your customer to log out and then to log in back again?
