Upload theme from internet

    I’ll make this simple.

    I just started a blog on world press. I am a photographer and wanted to find a wordpress theme that looked good for photography. I searched the internet for free themes for photographers and found one. I’m not quit sure how to upload it.

    Can I do this for free or do I have to pay? The theme is free but I heard that wordpress won’t let you upload themes. Why is this?
