upload tickets /import tickets from one site to other

we are using the support plus for our client’s site and we were planning to move/change hosts. we have moved the site to the new hosting platform, but before we can change /make our new site go live we noticed a few tickets have been created on the older platform how can we move these new tickets to the new site/staging site as we don’t want to lose the data for these tickets.
we have already created a ticket on the support page 3 days ago but haven’t heard back
