“Upload to folder” in Media Library broken

With RL “Folders” – When you go to the Media Library > Add New page, it gives you the option to “Upload files to”… and a dropdown of your folders. However if you drag-and-drop or Select Files, then upload, the uploaded files don’t actually end up in the Folder you selected.

This functionality *does* work if you select the “Browser Uploader” instead, but since that function only allows you to upload one file at a time it’s pretty limited. Can you fix this so the functionality works with the default uploading methods?
