Upload via Excel

  • When I upload or update via Excel, it will only allow me to upload standard fields, not custom fields I have created.

    You have a column which is not recognized: Customer PO.
    Please make sure that the column names match the order field labels exactly (without the word order).

    If I upload new orders or update existing ones and the file only contains non-custom fields, the process works fine.

    Please advise.
