Uploaded a new plugin that immediately crashed my site.

I installed “Image Zoom by Zedlex”
It immediately crashed my site.
This is the message I am getting – Copy/paste and you shoudl see the Warning crash readings.

From outside my site, like from here somewhere,Can my website be returned to an earlier state, meaning restore to an earlier time when I did not have tha plug in, and the plugin be removed?
Please help!!!!!
