Uploaded backup not locally scanned

    Hi,
    Just uploaded first backup for migration to local folder.
    When triggering request for local scan of the backup files it does not show up?
    Whats missing?
    Its quite a problem since its a complete migration of the site and the old site is already down so completely trusting on a working solution here ??

    Hi @edmidds

    If the backup does not display on the list it may be invalid actually.
    The list can display only valid backups.

    To confirm that, please try to manually unzip the file.
    It could be damaged during the download/upload process.
