Uploaded files going to different customers

    HI,

    We are having an issue where some of the file uploads are attaching to the wrong customers. How is this happening , could it be the file names form the users are the same or something else?

    Please help.

    Can you please provide a screenshot for both orders from the customers so we can check?

    We are not sure what caused the issue, as this is the first time that someone reported an issue like this.
