Uploaded files missing

When I attempt to add a new document to any folder within my Memphis Docs the file does not show up in the folder and I don’t get any errors. I’ve tried uploading with FTP method as well as browser single file upload. I’ve tried different browsers, different file types, files, same thing. We have a pretty large Memphis Docs library and I was able to upload a file earlier today. I wonder if there’s some sort of limitation set somewhere and I’ve hit the max.
