We used to have built-in access restriction with this plugin, but it didn’t work well if your customers were trying to view content with the Articulate Mobile Player. That’s because the Articulate Mobile Player will only work behind Tin Can API private content authorization. For more information, see:

With that being said, there are several widely available plugins in the WordPress repo that will enable you to block direct access to the upload folder.

In the very near future, we’ll be implementing Tin Can support. It won’t support access restrictions at first, but it’s something we’re looking into.
