Uploaded Images Not Attached to Posts

This is one of three plugins I’ve used in an effort to import images from another site as part of a migration. It did a good job downloading the external images but none of them were attached to the posts which they were found in. As a result, I have no featured images or thumbnails.

I tried running Auto Featured Image and Regenerate Thumbnails but neither seem capable for attaching the images to their respective posts.
