Uploaded images not attaching to post

  • Problem starter after automatically upgrading to 2.9.1.

    After uploading images, it doesn’t show the “Insert Gallery” button nor shows the gallery tab.

    I have tried manually uploading all files, upgrading flash, cleaning browser cache, try with IE and FireFox.

    Any help will be appreciated.
