Uploaded images not showing

    Hi,
    When users uploaded images with their review (review form on my webpage, not through invitation email), the images are not displayed. Where are they stored and how do I get them to display in the review?
    PS. The images show up fine if they are submitted via the invitation email. It’s just the reviews being submitted through the webpage that do not show.

    Hi Ivole.
    I apologize for the lack of reply. I did not get an email notification for the replies, so I have no idea you answered. I checked and no images were uploaded into the media library.

    @pratana let me know how it turns out.

    Is there a way for there to be a reviews carousel, kind of like what YOTPO provides? Also my reviews stars in the grid are showing up as SSSS instead of stars.

    @ethnicdistrict. I’m afraid we do not have a review carousel yet. Can you please send me the URL of that page where the review stars are showing as SSSS so that I can take a look.

    @ethnicdistrict. regarding the review carousel, cusrev does not have this functionality but we do have shortcodes that will allow you to display the reviews on any page or post. Please see information about using the shortcode on Review Extensions tab in the plugin’s settings.

    But if it is a slider or carousel you want, you have an option to use 3rd party WordPress plugins that create sliders of reviews. Our plugin uses the standard format of WooCommerce reviews, so you should be able to use any other third-party plugin to visualize reviews collected with our plugin.
