Uploaded new Theme error

    I tried uploading a picture to create a new “Theme” and it gave me a “Broken Theme” error and said it needs a style sheet. I am new to wordpress, can someone direct me on where I need to go to upload my own background image for my blog? Thanks a million.

    You can try to install a different theme. Sometimes, themes dont have style sheet file.
