Uploaded photo not showing on Order details and email (Product Add-on)

Hi,

May we please know why can’t we see the image uploaded by the customer on both Woocommerce Order details and on the confirmation email sent? We cannot see the custom photo they want. We are using Woocommerce Product Add-ons to have a file upload field on our custom cake product.
