    Hello Sir,
I would like to ask for your assistance, I created an album, upload 10 photos, only 5 show on album admin, then I have been trying to upload the rest of the 17 photos to complete my new album, and photos are not anywhere. I flush cache after your last update and I cleared wordfence cache, just did both again and still not working, would you please direct me to correcting if I am doing something wrong? I did it before and now I am not able to.
Thanks in advance for your kind help.
Try to as I did 2 times before to place album in a post.

What method do you use, front-end or backend?
    If frontend, what browser?
If frontend and browser is Windows10/Edge, it is a known problem that will have a workaround in the next version.

    Mr. Breetvelt,
Thanks for your prompt response. I am using front end, I am using my admin panel using firefox latest Version, I tried using safari and it was the same, the upload looked like it was finish then the very same 5 photos are on album admin, usually it gives me second and third page on the bottom this times nothing. Am I missing something? I use it to do and post 2 previous albums with no problems, now I am not doing it, I am not an IT person but understand your plugin set up well, I did not think I miss something before and it was a success. Please help.

    Mr. Breetvelt,
I do appreciate you very great timely response, but I do not feel well about giving credentials to get in and do, I know your intentions are good but I rather do not. If there is an other way please advise. If not I know that if I deactivate and delete the plugin my latest post will not be there, so I will take the chance and do a re install and see if that fixes the issue.

I feel you have done an awesome job with your plug in and I really love it, but I prefer to have something working well. You can send me an note to reservations at mantaraya dot com if you like to send some code for me to correct. I wait for your reply before I do the re install.
    Thank you very much Sir.

What shows the wppa error log? See Photo Albums -> Settings admin page Table VIII-C1.

    Mr. Breetvelt,
    I am figuring the issue.
Do you have a reading on file size that is allow on server as well as on your awesome plugin? I was able to upload single images but only when there were small on size when larger it did not. I have a miss read on file size, so is all on file size I will fix it and I am sure it will solve it, I will let you know what the result was.
Thank you Sir for such a great attention to support, you are great!

It is not the filesize in many cases, but the pixelsize of the image.
An internal memory image must be made during the creation of a thumbnail.
This is where it goes wrong most of the times, due to insufficient server memory.

In Table XII of the Photo ALbums -> Settings admin page you can see the php (i.e. server) configuration. Scroll down to the CORE section in the PHP configuration

The max filesize to upload is listed as upload_max_filesize
The max memory is listed as memory_limit
( It needs approx 5 bytes per pixel for the internal image )
There are also limitations on max_input_time and max_execution_time
There are two numbers behind every item in the table, if not zero, the smallest is applicable
