Uploaded Video Has Sound But No Image

  • I have a guy that makes videos for me in mp4 format. They run just fine on my desktop but upload them to WP and insert them into a post and you get sound but no image/video.

    Am using the FV WordPress FlowPlayer video plugin.

    No idea what he’s doing to these vids to get them to act up this way (neither does he!) so I need someone smarter than I am to tell me what causes such an anomaly so I can tell him what he’s doing wrong!

    Why sound and no video? He’s using Camtasia.

  • Have you tried uploading them to YouTube and then embed a link of it into your WP blog? Just paste the link where you want it to appear in your post.
