Uploaded videos are always blurry

I’m trying to upload screencasts to my website that I’ve recorded using CamStudio. I record high quality AVI videos, and then I convert it to MP4 to reduce file size but maintain quality, however any video I upload turns out very low resolution and is blurry, and that’s with HD on. I’ve tried uploading AVIs as well, but they also turn out the same. I can’t seem to get any sort of good quality out of Videopress.
