Uploaded videos not working in Safari

  • Hello,

    We have a problem with our uploaded videos not working in Safari but working perfectly fine in both Chrome and Firefox.

    In the media library using Safari, every uploaded video get the error: Media error: Format(s) not supported or source(s) not found.

    I really can’t seem to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it. Could anybody help?

  • Actually it is WordPress Bug try to upload it to Vimeo and used that url. And
    Report me back if this won’t work.

    Okay, so you don’t think this is something to get fixed in a update soon?

    And by uploading to Vimeo, do you mean embedding the video so it will have the Vimeo media player?
