    Hi Guys,

I’m struggling with a variable product upload. Basically we have multiple items which have a ‘slot range’ dimension. Instead of putting the attribute value down as ‘Range 40-50mm’ I would prefer to put down as individual dimensions (Selection attributes) – e.g. 40,41,42,43 etc… So that no matter whether the customer selects 43mm or 49mm it will come up with the same SKU in our back office. Is this at all possible or not?

This is for a variable item so there are multiple different items that this would apply to.

Please let me know if you need more information.

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Liam

    Hello @liamwp21,

Each unique SKU is assigned to a specific product, but also at a variation level. In order to set individual dimensions for that product you can use variations. Like in the example below:

To have more context, since I’m not sure I understood what you’re trying to accomplish, it would be a good idea to share some screenshots and elaborate a bit more on what you’re trying to do. For screenshots, I recommend https://snipboard.io. You can follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

    Thanks.
