• Rather than rolling back the form update to 5.32. Could I just upload the older plugin and then Replace the current with the uploaded?

  • no… because the settings are in the SQL database…

install a plugin like WP_Rollback for future problems

you can just rollback any plugin and most themes with one click

    Yes you can

    – Deactivate the plugin
    – Erase it
    – Upload the old plugin version
    – Activate it

Use WP Rollback plugin, its quicker and easier, all settings are retained.

@lencw Sorry for the stupid question. Once I have roll backed, can i disinstall Wp Rollback plugin?

Yes, just remove it. Then wait for the fixed CF7 update before applying any more CF7 updates. As a matter of interest, this is the first time in over 7 years I have needed to roll back a plugin!

@lencw thank you so much. I chose CF7 for its reliability in fact.

Thanks for your help, installed Rollback >> Rollback done to 5.3.2 issue solved for now.!

I have roll back with plugin WP rollback to 5.3.2 version but the CF7 doesn’t work yet!!

@serenafest you need to go back to Plugins and activate CF7, looking at your website in the other post that might be your problem. The rollback deactivates it.
