uploading and displaying pics

I can upload my pics and i can see a square from the upload but it doesn’t show my pic’s also not if i use it in a message.
I have this problem since i have updated and chance my hosting.

So right now i cannot use pic’s in my post’s. It shows an upload but not a picture????
