Uploading big media files to webpage when logged in

Hi folks.

I’m pretty new to WP and CMS, but I was wondering if there is a good plugin that lets the wordpress webpage take big file uploads from the users of the site.

My customer (webpage owner) is a sound enginere and wants his customers to be able to login and first upload and then resive back the mastered sound files.
