uploading changed .scss file gives critical error after updat to 6.1.1

I can’t seem to use WP compiler anymore after updating to WordPress 6.1.1. When I change a .scss file and update it, it gives this error:
Deprecated: preg_match(): Passing null to parameter #4 ($flags) of type int is deprecated in?/home/public/sites/https://www.dutchrosemedia.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-compiler/vendor/leafo/scssphp/src/Parser.php?on line?926and nothing works anymore. When I change the code back though, it works again. But I am sure my code is correct. Even a simple thing like adding background color gives this error.
