Uploading different fonts

I am wondering if there is a way to upload fonts that are not on your list. I would really like to use Frisky bold for my sitename logo font. I have a copy of it in my computer. Can I upload it into the virtue theme? I also have a couple other fonts I’d like to use elsewhere on the pages. They are available for free online, and I have them in my computer as well. Is there a way to upload them? Here is a link to a free download of the Tabitha font- https://www.fontpalace.com/font-download/Tabitha/ Can it be directly added to the theme font options?

If I can’t upload Frisky bold, what size would I need to make it to become a logo that I could just install? I could not find a version of it online, but I really like it, particularly for my band name, Mystery Hillbillies. It’s on my business cards and poster.

I am working on a site to replace the one I have up now. I am using a temporary address until I can make the switch from my old template site. Thank you for your help!
