Uploading duplicator

    The required PHP version for the Duplicator is 3.5? ( I am sure you have it on wordpress) I do not use php except in Dreamweaver. But, I am assuming i do not need it. There is not ecough explanation WRT the uploading of Duplicator. I am attempting to upload the Duplicator .On the side column (in WordPress) for plugin uploads is found using the admin extension only. They have other software listed to activate. I need detailed instructions,. No Duplicator video or any other form if information is this explained.
