Uploading fails after WP 4.2

    This applies to Ultimate CSV 3.7 and 3.7.1 so seems to be coming from WordPress in some way rather than the other issues currently going on with the plugin itself.

    While I was trying to figure out why 3.7.1 was broken(the blank page problem), I downgraded to 3.7 so I might continue to use the plugin.

    But with UCSV 3.7 and WP 4.2, the upload process never seems to complete. The file does get sent and the progress bar fills, but the Next button never becomes active. This is happening across multiple installations.

    Turning debug messages on in index.php does not show any additional information.

    Hi.
    I have the same issue. I wrote to my hosting provider to check if there is any kind of error on my server which may help to figure out what is going on. No errors were found,and they asked me to contact the plugin developer and so i did. Till now i didn’t get any reply from smackcoders!

    I also read about conflict between plugins,themes. I have only this plugin and one simple basic theme on my website. When i upload a file the progress bar shows that it is uploading and everything is fine but then it stops,the next button is not working!

    All this hasppened after WordPress 4.2 update!

    I’m having the same issue on a vanilla install of WordPress 4.2.1 – running in MAMP Pro.

    WP Ultimate CSV Importer is the ONLY plugin enabled on my site and I am using the default ‘Twenty Fifteen’ theme in WP.

    Does the import just not work in the free version of the plugin? If so, it is advertised as the import feature works in the free version.

    Anyone aware of a fix or is this simply a restriction with the free plugin?

    This issue has been fixed and updated as version 3.7.2. Kindly upgrade the plugin now.

    Confirmed. Thanks for the quick work on this.

    With WordPress 4.2.1 and Plugin Version 3.7.2 I have still the same issue with the “next” button.

    Now the “Next” Button works. Great!
