Uploading file from computer

  • I have site content in my computer. How can I upload it to my wordpress site. My site link is https://www.aas-bd.com. The file is in xml format in my computer. I am using twenty twelve child theme. If I have to upload it in my domain ie into twentytwelvechild theme of wpcontent folder how and in which folder I can upload those xml content?

  • You need to go to Tools -> Import in your remote site’s dashboard.

    Hi esmi thanks for your continual support. When I go to import section from tool, I do not see the upload file or browse from computer option there. So how can I upload file?

    I have successfully uploaded the contents. But I see some posts are not present in the post like blog page is not found. In this case how can I transfer all posts under to my blog page section?

    When you view Posts -> aAll Posts, is all of the imported content present and correct?
