Uploading files – glitch

We can look into adding thumbnails next to the filenames for sure! As for the photos being uploaded, is it through Files section of the Add/Edit Listing page?

That section is primarily for documents but we will take a look and see what may be happening and we’ll try to improve it so this section isn’t so confusing.

Ah, thank you. I wasn’t aware that it was meant for basically documents. The site I designed is for a photographers’ organization, and it’s a good way to show potential clients what each photographers’ images look like – to entice them to click on their home page link.

However, if there were to be any updates, it would be more beneficial for the photos to just show up there instead of having to click each file name to see what the image looks like. Almost like a gallery, if that’s possible.

And yes, it was through the Files section that this particular photographer was uploading her images (from the website using her Login Username and Password). The strange part about this is that a day later she told me that the images were back to normal, so I don’t know how it corrected itself.
