uploading files when posting

uploading files when posting isn’t wokring for me
my webserver disabled anonymous FTP, so
i put in the realpath,
ftp://username:[email protected]/mywebsite/folder
but it still doesn’t work…
what is the problem?? i’ll appreciate any advice,, thank you very much!!!!!
