Sorry for the late response. There is not any standard BPS htaccess code in the root htaccess file that would block uploading images or files. Have you added additional custom htaccess code in the standard BPS htaccess file? I see from this other topic you posted > https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/http-image-upload-http-error-wp5-2-x/ > that this problem is only happening on a subdomain site. Did you create your subdomain correctly using a DNS A or CNAME record? Is the subdomain a true subdomain site? Example: subdomain.example.com where the physical installation folder is /public_html/subdomain/

i created a new subdomain, database and downloaded the latest wp core files and made a new installation, nothing more than wordpress and i get the error

i can upload a single file no problem, but i need to upload multiple, I tried workarounds for this also none of them worked.

only subdomains on this domain.. a new subdomain created only install wordpress can’t upload but on the domain not subdomain i can upload photos

Just noticed this – “i can upload a single file no problem, but i need to upload multiple, I tried workarounds for this also none of them worked.”. So actually file uploading is working, but not multiple file uploading. Is that correct?

Maybe the image files are too large? Have you tried doing some testing with uploading multiple very small test image files (ie 20kb) to see if the problem is a file size issue?

Is this problem still occurring or did you figure out what was causing the problem?

I am not sure , I think it was a host issue too hard security, now it is working, sorry. I think when i enabled the .htaccess it hardened more and then kaputt, if it happens again i will write you thanks.
