Uploading Images to Pages and Posts for Child Theme

    I am using a Child Theme for Evolve. While editing or creating a page or post, when I choose media (to insert an image) I am taken to the media library, then I choose to upload file and the file is uploaded to a library. Are these images being uploaded to the Child Theme image library or the Original Theme image library? If there is an update to the Original Theme will my images still be present in my Child Theme?

    In WordPress, there is only one uploads folder on your server.
    Everything is kept there. Nothing to do with theme, you can update theme, change theme, delete theme…. Your images will still be in your media library.

    There is no Parent Theme image folder or Child Theme image folder.
