• Every time I try to upload a file larger than 100kb I get a message saying file exceeded capacity. Why can’t I upload these files when the max file upload size is 128mb?

  • Can you go to Upload new media and tell me what the limit is next to “Maximum File Upload Limit”?

    Maximum upload file size: 128MB
But I get HTTP error. on the new up loader
    &
    “Request Entity Too Large
    The requested resource
    /about/wp-admin/media-upload.php
does not allow request data with POST requests, or the amount of data provided in the request exceeds the capacity limit.” on the browser up loader.
The file in question was a PDF size:299kb

    Hi there,

I’ve been using WordPress for at least a few months and I’ve started creating my own website with BlueHost as the hosting service for my website on Thursday 14th February. I’m currently having problems doing that as the www.ads-software.com installation has a limited size of 10MB.

I wanted to increase the uploading limit to the limit that was used in the free blogs from wordpress.com which is 13GB. (I actually have a blog from wordpress.com)
Why I would like to have a increased uploading limit was to upload more image content, pdf contact and YouTube videos for my website. My intention for the website is to create an e-portfolio to sell to different firms and practices.

I would like to know what the highest uploading limit is for wordpress websites (www.ads-software.com)? So that I can change the file size in the php.ini file from the BlueHost hosting site. That would be greatly appreciated
