uploading media

I am using the newest version of WP (3.3.1) however, in the editor, for adding media, there is only the icon to add photos; the add audio and video button options are missing, https://wpaudioplayer.com/usage/” has an image of what is missing on my media toolbar. I want to upload these types of media. Supposed to have these options with WP 2.-whatever and above. I have that. where have my icons gone and how can I get them back? ??
