Uploading Media files in sub-directories of Upload folder?

    By default can wp2cloud upload media files to S3 that reside in sub-directories of the WP Upload folder?

    This plugin looks like it is exactly what I’m needing but I do need something that will also upload my sub-directories. I want to use it with Buddypress (which I know is compatible) but that means I have other media files in sub-directories of: /wp-content/uploads

    For example I will also have:
    /wp-content/uploads/avatars
    /wp-content/uploads/thumbs
    /wp-content/uploads/screenshots
    /wp-content/uploads/games

    Will it know to upload and host these directories on S3 or is it only the root of the uploads folder like other plugins?

    WP2Cloud should be able to upload media to S3 regardless of media location on the webserver (it hooks into media upload routine).
