Uploading not working

  • I installed 2.0.33 PLUS purchased Nextgen Pro. When I try to add a new image I get the message:

    “An unexpected error occured. This is most likely due to a server misconfiguration. Check your PHP error log or ask your hosting provider for assistance.”

    So then I downloaded the latest beta version and got the same error. Funny because when I actually looked inside the gallery the images were in fact uploaded even though it said it couldn’t upload them. Also the spinner icon keeps spinning the entire time I am on the upload page.
    So then I downgraded back to 1.9.13 and everything is fine again.

    NOT HAPPY because I also purchased the pro version and not sure if it will work with 1.9.13 I will likely need a refund for my purchase unless this can be fixed.
