Uploading or Embedding Video Help

Hi my name is Liam, I post videos on the internet and recently made a website to post videos. Apparentally my hosting says they cannot stream videos, but for some reason my hosting providers say I can post videos, like some other way. I want to be able to upload videos to my website, any plugin suggestions. Is there a plugin I can use to embed files that are in my wordpress media library. I do not care about size limit. My videos are put in to all different types. Please suggest plugins or troubleshoot, when I upoad a video on a page or in a post it will just have a title that is a link, there is no video box. I want to be able to show video.
