uploading pictures while automatically creating posts

I got a problem with finding a script/plugin.
I need to find a way to upload many pictures on my blog so that each would make a seperate postpicture > server> creating a post with only a Title, the name of the should be taken from the name of the pic.
I want it to look like this

instead of something like that
