Uploading plugin only to a certain page

If I have plugins, one of which is only for one page, and one just for another, I do not want all plugins to weigh on the whole site.
I am looking for a plugin that can restrict plugins to load only on the pages I need them, according to predefined settings, for example plugin A will load only on page U and plugin B will load only on page T
