uploading plugin's crashes site

    I recently moved over to godaddy to host my site but since moving over anytime i upload ANY plugin to the plugin in directory I get a site unavailable message and I can’t even login to WP admin. This happens with any theme I activate.

    I moved to go daddy, imported my old DB, than did a refresh install of WP, upload any plugin and the site crashes.

    Help!
