Uploading Products Failing

I contacted Printful Support via chat and was advised my issue was likely with my host (Bluehost). I am getting a “500 Internal Server Error occurred” message when I am trying to upload new products. I had just updated all plugins and the WooCommerce database before I started experiencing this problem, so I asked Bluehost to help revert the site to a backup from last week. They did that, and I am still getting the same issue.
Please advise if there is anything I should be asking my host to look at?
