    Hi,
I want to be able to upload a pdf file for the shipping label so that my vendor has the option in their dashboard to download the label for each order and print it at their end.

Please note shipping label is getting generated on my courier providers website and I just want to upload it to the order for each vendor of that order. Do you have any such option or know of any plugin that supports this with your marketplace?

Also, is there any options for return/exchange management where customers can raise full/partial order return or exchange requests?

    Please help.
    Thanks,
    Anuja.

    Hi,

    – Are you allowing one order will have products from multiple vendors?

Also, is there any options for return/exchange management where customers can raise full/partial order return or exchange requests?

    – WCFM in-built has “Refund” module – https://docs.wclovers.com/refund-request/

But no “exchange” module is there. For the purpose you may use this third party addon – https://makewebbetter.com/product/woocommerce-rma-wcfm-refund-exchange/

    Thank You

    Hi,
Yes one order can have products from multiple vendors. So a separate label will need to be upload for each vendor.

Also, is it possible that after the customer places the order, it gets split into suborders vendor wise?

Because, I just checked and found that currently in case there are products from multiple vendors in one order, each vendor received details of their individual order. However, if one vendor updates the status of the order, the status is updated for the entire order which is misleading for the customer. Also as a admin becomes difficult to understand if the remaining vendors have shipped their products from the order. Please suggest?

    – OK, then this will require custom development as there there will be a panel require to upload for each vendor’s shipping label.

Also, is it possible that after the customer places the order, it gets split into suborders vendor wise?
    – It’s already there.

    Thank You

–Do you provide customisation service? If yes how can I reach out for details?

–I know each vendor receives their suborder, but when one vendor updates the order status, the entire order status get updated and not just for the suborder. Is it possible that specific suborder from the order only gets updated to the new status like shipped or completed? What can be done for this?
