Uploading tinyCoffee to my WordPress blog site

How do I go about uploading tinyCoffee to my WordPress blog page? I know that I’ve downloaded it onto my PC in the past few hours — but I’m still a bit green when it comes to doing it? Anyone want to please help me? — J.L.
