Uploading via media library fails

Hi there. Nice plugin!
I tried create a custom field that is of the image upload type and it didn’t work. If I upload an image from my machine, it works, but if I try to select an image from the media library, it adds an <img src> to the source, but nothing else and the text field that would hold the image url is empty.

This is a great plugin and the one I’d like to use – I hope you guys can help with this.
